Manufacturing Process Tracking System

A manufacturing facility needed real-time tracking and reporting of machining processes. Existing manual data collection from PLCs and SCADA systems was slow and unreliable, limiting production visibility.

We built a web-based machining process tracking and reporting system that integrates with PLC and SCADA systems using industrial communication protocols including Modbus, UART, CANbus, and Ethernet. The platform enables real-time production monitoring, automated operational data collection, and detailed reporting for manufacturing facilities.

Achieved real-time visibility into all machining processes. Automated data collection from industrial equipment eliminated manual recording, and detailed reporting enables data-driven production optimization and predictive maintenance scheduling.
