E-Commerce Netsis Accounting Integration

A major e-commerce operation selling across multiple marketplaces needed real-time synchronization between marketplace platforms and Netsis Accounting software. Manual data entry for inventory, orders, invoices, and shipping documents was error-prone and time-consuming.

We developed an advanced integration solution that synchronizes marketplace operations with Netsis Accounting software in real time. The system transfers inventory, journal records, orders, e-invoices, and e-waybill data from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, and GittiGidiyor directly into Netsis. Designed for multi-database environments, it includes global error handling, background job processing (Hangfire), and secure token-based authentication to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Eliminated manual data entry across all marketplace channels. Real-time synchronization ensures accounting records are always accurate and up-to-date. Background processing handles high-volume order periods without interruption, and automated e-invoice/e-waybill generation saves hours of daily manual work.
