Rui Codex was founded by Selman Altinay, a software engineer and consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade solutions across Europe. From backend systems and cloud architecture to AI-driven automation and ERP implementations, Selman has led the delivery of hundreds of projects for businesses of all sizes.

Apps and games we publish ourselves
Alongside client projects, Rui Codex designs, builds and publishes its own mobile apps and games on Google Play: tools such as EveryTranslate for AI translation and PixelCut Pro for AI background removal, and puzzle, simulation, strategy and casual games.
Running our own products means we handle the whole lifecycle ourselves: development, store listings, releases, updates and user feedback. It is the same work we do for clients who need a mobile app built, shipped and maintained.
