SERVICE: ERP & CRM Integration — One source of truth across sales and operations

Why Bridge the Gap Between ERP & CRM?

In many companies, the sales team (CRM) and the finance/ops team (ERP) operate in silos. This leads to manual errors, delayed invoicing, and frustrated customers.

  • Automated Order-to-Cash: Convert CRM leads into ERP sales orders and invoices automatically.
  • Inventory Visibility for Sales: Let your sales reps see real-time stock levels directly in the CRM.
  • 360° Customer View: Finance sees customer history, while Sales sees payment status and credit limits.

Integrations We Specialize In

Odoo Ecosystem

Native integration between Odoo CRM and Odoo Accounting/Inventory for a perfectly unified experience.

Salesforce & ERP Sync

Connect the world's leading CRM to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom-built ERP backends.

Custom API Middleware

Using Node.js or .NET to build custom middleware that translates data between legacy ERPs and modern CRMs.

Key Integration Features

Bi-directional Sync

Changes in either system are updated in the other in real-time or via scheduled batches.

Data De-duplication

Intelligent matching logic to prevent duplicate customer records and product entries.

Secure Authentication

OAuth2 and encrypted API connections ensure your sensitive business data stays private.

How We Work

  1. 1

    Technical Audit

We start by mapping what each system already owns and where the double entry actually happens.

  2. 2

    Sync & Conflict Rules

One-way sync when one system is clearly the source of truth for a record; bidirectional sync with an explicit conflict rule per field, decided before the build rather than discovered in production.

  3. 3

    Build with a Failure Path

Every integration we build has a retry policy, a dead-letter queue for records that cannot be processed, and an alert to a human when something needs a decision.

  4. 4

    Designed for GDPR

The integration syncs only the fields that are actually needed, keeps an audit trail of what moved and when, and honours deletion requests on both sides.

ERP & CRM Integration: Common Questions

What businesses ask before connecting their sales and finance systems.

A straightforward two-system integration usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Where data has to be transformed between systems, or where error handling and monitoring are part of the scope, it runs 6 to 12 weeks depending on data volume and how many business rules the sync has to respect.

Anything with an API or a supported export format. In practice most of our work involves Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact Online and Netsis on the ERP side, and HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Odoo CRM on the CRM side, plus webshops such as PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify. Where a system has no API, we work from its database or scheduled file exchange instead.

Both are possible, and the choice matters more than it sounds. One-way sync is simpler and safer when one system is clearly the source of truth for a record. Bidirectional sync is what you want when both sides genuinely own different fields, but it needs an explicit conflict rule per field, decided before the build rather than discovered in production.

That is designed in, not bolted on. Every integration we build has a retry policy, a dead-letter queue for records that cannot be processed, and an alert to a human when something needs a decision. An integration with no failure path is a liability rather than a saving, because it fails silently and the first person to notice is a customer.

It has to be designed to. Moving personal data between systems creates a new processing activity, so the integration should sync only the fields that are actually needed, keep an audit trail of what moved and when, and honour deletion requests on both sides. We hold data within the EU and cover this in the processing agreement.

Yes, and that is usually the cheaper answer. Replacing a working ERP or CRM is a much larger project than connecting it. We start by mapping what each system already owns and where the double entry actually happens, and only recommend replacing something when the integration cost would exceed the cost of the migration.
