Yes. Process mapping in particular has to happen where the process is — we walk the line with the people who run it before we configure anything. Go-live support is on-site as well; the days around a manufacturing cutover are not a good time to be reachable only by email.

Is Odoo good enough for real manufacturing?

For small and mid-size discrete and process manufacturing, usually yes, and at a fraction of the licence cost of the tier above. Where it struggles is heavy scheduling optimisation and deep shop-floor automation. We will tell you which side of that line you are on during discovery rather than after the contract.

Can you handle food traceability and allergen requirements?

Yes — lot tracking, expiry management, allergen flags on bills of material, and the reporting that a FASFC audit expects. The point is that these are configured as part of the production flow rather than bolted on as a reporting layer afterwards.

We are small. Is this affordable?

A focused first phase — one production flow, properly done — is deliberately scoped to be affordable for a company of twenty people, and it is how most of our manufacturing clients start. Everything after that is funded by what the first phase saves.
