About Neon Tactics

Every battle is played on a grid. Tap a unit to see the green tiles it can reach, tap an empty tile to move and tap an enemy to fire; each unit has two action points per turn. Cover halves the damage you take, high ground boosts damage and range, and a turn should never end on a hazard. Red lines show who each hostile will hit next turn, so you can step out of the line or strike first.

The campaign runs over 5 chapters and 30 missions against eight kinds of Null Corp hostiles, with a boss and its own tricks at the end of every chapter. Missions ask for more than elimination: hack terminals, hold the uplink, reach the extraction pad or bring down the generator. Three-star missions reward winning, losing nobody and finishing fast, and a Veteran tier replays all 30 missions tougher for +50% credits and XP.

Four classes share five abilities - Cleave, Aimed Shot, Repair, Pulse and Overwatch - and each class gains mastery as it fights and picks its own perks. Skirmish offers one fast battle on a random map, Gauntlet is endless escalation, and the Daily Operation is one map a day, the same for everyone, with a rule of the day and one attempt. Battles are saved mid-fight, the game plays offline with no account, and it is free with ads and optional purchases.
