A private journal, mood check-in and planner on one calm screen
Florea: Journal & Planner is a private journaling and planning app by Rui Codex for Android. It combines a daily journal, a mood check-in and a plan of events, tasks and routines on one screen, works offline and encrypts journal entries. It is free, with ads and an optional Premium upgrade.
Scroll sideways or use the arrow keys.
Auto-save as you type, and deleted pages can be restored for 30 days.
A daily question, a mood check-in and what is coming up, on one screen.
Events, tasks and routines in a calendar with reminders before they start.
Encrypted journal, plus a free PIN or fingerprint lock that hides pages in recent apps.
Read, write and plan offline, then sync when you are back online.
A weekly goal with rest days built in, a growing garden and milestones.
Export as Markdown or JSON at any time, and delete your account from inside the app.
Florea opens to a full-screen page with one tap. Everything is saved as you type, so a phone call or a flat battery never costs a sentence, and a deleted page can be restored for 30 days. The Today screen brings together a question for the day, how you feel and what is coming up, and photos and a voice memo can sit beside your words.
Planning lives in the same place. Events, tasks and daily routines share one Plan with a calendar view and reminders before things start, and notes can be organised in folders, checklists and pinned items, all searchable. A weekly writing goal treats rest days as part of the plan, so one quiet day does not break the rhythm, and a small garden grows as you keep the habit.
Privacy is the core of the design. The journal is encrypted on the phone and on the server, and a free journal lock keeps pages behind a PIN or fingerprint and hides them in the recent-apps view. You can start without an account, use the app offline, export everything as Markdown or JSON, and delete your account from inside the app. Florea is a journal and planner, not a medical or mental-health service.
People who want a calm daily journal and a simple planner in one private place, without needing an account to start.
